You can also pause while surfing and continue surfing with the same velocity, and teleport back to start to restart your time.

No they shouldn't. It's up to them whether they want to release it or not. They most likely developed it to bring in more players, which I completely applaud them for and I would completely understand why they wouldn't release the script.
