You're going to scrap your whole concept because of one section? Just get rid of that section  or simplify it. There is no reason for a simple surf section to take up that many planes.

I agree. If you're going to do a collaboration at least be fair on everyone making a section. Asking people to get rid of something in their section just because someone else is taking up more space is unfair. Everyone within the project deserves an equal amount of space. Like smooth said, Jesus's section should either be removed or simplified to allow others equal opportunity for their sections.

I know my levels is big, and I am removing about 85% of the objects (which is mostly supports that have way to many faces, anyways). I do not want to make a jail, so I guess if some one else wants to make a jail for me, I'd be cool with that. If not, we can just use a number of jailed that correspond to the levels or something...

And Jape, me and wookie beat your bonus section, so no need to modify it.

Shini my level is meant to be a small beginning level.
And as far as Sangre making a piece, let's just make sure he doesnt rip some more shit from more maps.

I wouldn't be so concerned with being original. What are the chances that this map isnt a plat/commune style skill surf? Kind of a clone right out of the gates.

Would you prefer the sections to be short and frusterating, or more of a longer endurance with easier obsticals, just more of them?

Thats the best question I have ever seen on this forum. You should do a mix. Like a long level with 3 main hard obstacles and the rest easy.

long + frustrating = win

AKA lv 3 on apex

well... at least some parts on it are frustrating (for me) >_<

I was asking the coordinator for his preference actually. Input from others is appreciated, but it really si up to shini to tweak difficulty and refine the map.

What are the bounds for brushes/brushfaces etc? I am probably using too many right now, so I want to know if i should start trimming already.
