I'm more concerned about the size of your monitor in the year 2012, and the quality of the picture. :\
Get rid of the vis groups sheet and the Groups/Solids/Objects tab too, and bring the rest onto one column to make your hammer experience better.
As for your problem, your picture is vague and I don't really know what I'm looking at, but you might have an origin outside of map boundaries.

select all> look for small spheres (origins) outside the map.

i don't really actually understand what you mean, basically, my problem is there is a leak somewhere, but i cannot figure out where, the start of the red line is a trigger teleport, i deleted it, it done nothing. the end is under the skybox, in the 'void' i still don't know what to do.

You probably have a bounding wall tied to func_detail

If a brush is green or purple in the 2d view, it is most likely an entity. (default brush entity is a func_detail) Select it, and select move to world, it should turn blue-ish in the 2d view. everything that is touching the void needs to be a brush, not an entity.

When you load pointfile, and you see where the line starts and you see where the line ends, follow its path. If it finds its way into the void, then you need to seal that leak. If it goes through geometry, then that geometry has been tied to a func or trigger, and won't seal the map. Either untie that brush (move to world) or add more world geometry to seal.
