Hello!  \

So I decided to share a few screenshots of a map project I'm currently working on. The map is gonna be linear with
a T4-ish difficulty. The basic course is pretty much done but there's still some detailing to do along with some minor obstacle
adjustments. I'm also planning on adding 3 bonus stages, each with it's own ramp color theme as you can see on the last screenshot.

Cheers.

Cute hexagon decoration :c

Here's a video of one of the first testruns. Pretty obvious to see that there are some areas I'm not really too happy with yet.
But it should give you some sense of how it's gonna be surfed.

Hexagons! Abstract floating geometry!

Just please do something with those repeating tile textures. From the looks of it you already have a very good idea of what you're doing in the detail department.

Oh yea, I've been wanting to replace the tile texture for a long time now. I just haven't found the right thing yet.
Maybe I'll just crank up the texture scale and see how that's gonna turn out.

that looks super nice. loving the texture choices and geometry. the surf is rather interesting in some spots as well.

sad to say I'm probably to out of practice to actually surf the last bit of it XD

Did some texture changes, added more details as well as one additional obstacle.

That is good shit although it could probably do with less of those spins, but that's just a minor issue

Looks really cool.

One thing thats really knit picky I noticed is the grid textures could use some aligning. http://i.imgur.com/NMQFNbb.jpg for example how the wall aligns with the ground. I doubt anyone really cares in game, but atleast aligning the textures in highly visible areas(spawn for ex) could help improve the really clean look of the map.

Thanks, you're absolutely right and I never intended to release it like that. I didn't bother so far as I just recently switched to the dev textures. And for the sole purpose of getting a
visual feel on them, it didn't really seem like a big deal. I fixed it in the latest compile tho :>
